Why do I need to book one of these?

Because they change so fast. The baby who couldn't sit up is suddenly standing, then walking, then running away from you at full speed. Milestone sessions are a way of pressing pause on a stage that would otherwise just blur into the next one.

I photograph everything from sitter sessions and first birthdays to cake smashes and beyond. Sessions are fun and relaxed, we follow your child's lead rather than forcing them into anything. If they want to explore, we explore. If they want to eat the cake immediately, honestly same!

All sessions take place either outdoors or in a professional studio, giving us beautiful consistent light and a space that's completely set up and ready for your little one to just be themselves. I bring balloons, toys and props along but plenty of my favourite milestone images are completely simple. Just your child, doing their thing. That's usually more than enough.

What to expect

Once you've booked, I'll be in touch to confirm the details of your session. This includes:

~ What colour balloons you'd like

~ Your preferred location, including whether you'd like to use the studio

~ Whether you're planning a cake smash as part of the session

On the day, I'll bring along a selection of props and outfits for your little one, so there's plenty of choice if you'd like to use them. You're also very welcome to bring your own outfit changes too, whatever suits your vision for the shoot best.
